The year is broken up into three rental periods. Summer is from Memorial Day week until Labor Day Week. Fall is the week following labor day to the last week in November. Winter/Spring is first week of December to week before Memorial Day week. 50% is due to guarantee rental. First come, first served with the deposit. Should you want to cancel your reservation, we will refund your entire deposit, less a $250 processing fee, if we can re-rent the cottage for the period you reserved. (Credit card convenience fees, if charged, cannot be refunded) We have not changed our prices since we started but they are subject to change without notice. There is a $75 cleaning fee. ($100 for groups larger than 6) Pricing
